I am a transplanted Canadian, arriving in Durham 21 years ago. When I started employment as a Registered Nurse at Duke University Hospital.

I have always loved watercolor, I started painting as a way to relax during Nursing studies.  I am self taught, that being defined as not taking formal studies, but I have read a tremendous amount, and practiced, practiced, practiced.

My topics are varied, but I can say they are either emotional or vibrant in color.
