We are building a community that is reflective of the wider Durham community—one that is safe and welcoming for all. We value transparency and honest conversations. We’re committed to challenging white supremacy and patriarchy, both through our work and in our relationships with one another. We’re also committed to enabling opportunities for all creatives; to do this, we work to increase accessibility and limit barriers to entry.
