Meaghan Mulholland is a fiction writer, essayist and journalist whose stories have appeared in National Geographic, HuffPost, Salon, Playboy, Day One, and Harvard Review, among many other publications. A Creative Writing Fulbright Fellow to Italy, she has also received scholarships and fellowships from MacDowell Arts, the Durham Arts Council, the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference and the Sustainable Arts Foundation. She has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Arkansas and has taught writing to students from elementary school through college. She is at work on both a novel and a memoir involving critically endangered red wolves.
